
Carrot Mimosa
Fancy a healthy but naughty cocktail? Why not try a light and refreshing Carrot Mimosa. One of your five a day?
Serves 2
What you’ll need…
- 250ml (1 can) No. 1 Sparkling White
- 50ml Carrot Juice (Fresh or from a carton)
- 50ml Cointreau
- Garnish: Carrot tops, if desired or a slice or orange
Double the quantities if you want to make it a long drink.
How to make it…
- Chill two champagne flutes prior to making
- Add 25ml of carrot juice to each glass
- Add 25ml of Cointreau to each glass (Grand Mariner will also work)
- Top them both up with the No. 1 Sparkling White
- Give a little swizzle, making sure they’re all blended but not to bubble-over!
- Garnish if desired and drink!
