Makes 10

What you’ll need…

How to make it…

  1. Bring water and sugar to boil, then remove from heat.

  2. Stir in fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (or from a carton) and then add the Scarpetta Frico Frizzante.

  3. Stir and pour into popsicle moulds.

  4. Add edible flower petals, if desired. They’re mainly for looks, but do add a hint of flavour as well.

  5. Pop them in the freezer for 1 hour. Then remove from freezer, add popsicle sticks and put them back into the freezer until fully frozen.

  6. You add the popsicle sticks after they had a little time to freeze as this keeps the sticks straight. If you put them in right away, they’ll most likely float to one side or freeze crooked.
