Witches' Brew Black Sangria

Serves 6 – 8

What you’ll need…

  • 118ml Tart Cherry Juice
  • 118ml Pomegranate Juice
  • 118ml Orange Juice
  • 710ml Ginger Beer
  • Ice cubes (crushed/broken)
  • Garnish: Pomegranate seeds

To decorate the glass…

  • 118ml Tart Cherry Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey

How to make it…

  1. In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients for the sangria (Cherry juice, Pomegranate juice, Pinot Noir, Orange juice and Ginger Beer). Set to one side.
  2. For the Candied Blood Rim, add 118ml Tart Cherry Juice and 2 tbsp Honey to a saucepan.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes on a low heat until thickened.
  4. Let it cool before decorating.
  5. Dip each glass into cooled candied blood mixture and let it drip down the side.
  6. Add a bit of crushed ice to each glass.
  7. Fill the glass with sangria and top with pomegranate seeds.
